Delta Dental – Individual Adult and Pediatric Dental Plan Options
Delta Dental has two different plan options to choose from, “Low” and “High”. Both options offer coverage for a wide range of services, including routine exams, cleanings and x-rays, as well as complex services like crowns, dentures, and bridges.
Your Delta Dental plan allows you to use any licensed dentist you want. However, you’ll get the best value and price by choosing a dentist who is in the Delta Dental network.
Low Plan Delta Dental PPO – Affordable and Effective Coverage
The Low option is more affordable, but has higher costs when using out-of-network dentists. Unlike the High option, the Low plan has a $25 deductible and can include balance billing on some services requiring out-of-pocket costs paid directly to the provider.

High Plan Delta Dental PPO – Higher Coverage Levels and a Premier Network
The High option offers access to the Delta Dental Premier Network, as well as the standard Delta Dental PPO. This means more dentists to choose from without having to pay extra. The high option also has higher coverage levels for basic medical services.
