Denver Health Medical Plan offers Elevate health plans. They consist of a Basic Network, that gives you access to all Denver Health clinics and the Denver Health Medical Center, and an Expanded Network with Denver Health Hospital network, providers and facilities with the University of Colorado Hospital, and the Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Denver Health Coverage Options

Elevate plans are organized into metal tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Within each metal, you have a wide variety of options:

Bronze

- - - - HDHP (high deductible health plan)
      - HDHP NALTD
      - HDHP NAZERO
      - HDHP Off Exchange

Silver – HighPoint, Select, and Standard

- - - - Silver HighPoint 70, 73, 87, etc
      - Silver Select 70, 73, 87, etc
      - Silver Standard 70, 73, 87, etc

Gold – HighPoint, Standard, Select

- - - Gold HighPoint NALTD, NAZERO, and Off Exchange
    - Gold Standard NALTD, NAZERO, and Off Exchange
    - Gold Select NALTD, NAZERO, and Off Exchange

At first glance, that looks complicated, but it’s easy to remember that with Bronze, carriers pay 60%, Silver = 70%, Gold = 80%. All plans have to meet the comprehensive sets of benefits, known as Essential Health Benefits, including emergency services, maternity care, mental health care, preventative care, and so on.
