Bronze Copay Select 50:
$3,000 for individuals, $6,000 for families
Silver Copay Select 70:
$2,500 for individuals, $5,000 for families
Silver Copay Select 80:
$2250 for individuals, $4,500 for families
Oxford Health Plans Coinsurance
Coinsurance is the percent you pay after you meet your deductible.
Bronze Copay Select 50:
50% per person
Silver Copay Select 70:
30% per person
Silver Copay Select 80:
20% per person
Out-of-pocket maximums
The out-of-pocket maximum is the same for all three plans: $8,150 for individuals, $16,300 for families
