Mountain Health Co-op offers plans to individuals and families, as well as Native Americans. Available plans include: Bronze, Bronze Plus (HSA compatible), Extended Bronze, Silver Option 2, Silver, Gold, and Catastrophic. For all plans, preventive care services covered 100%. Addition vision coverage can be purchased with each plan.

$60 adult vision exam reimbursement
Doctors on demand for virtual visits with real doctors
Vision coverage for children under 18
